Washington is known for having world class Merlot, and this bottle is no exception! Mostof the components of this Merlot were fermented in stainless steel uprights with the exception of the Champoux Merlot, which was fermented in a pump under fermenter. All components then completed 100% malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and were aged for 25 months in 2and 3-year-old French Oak barrels.
