Established in 1821 in Chambéry, France, the House of Dolin is one of the world's oldest and most respected independent vermouth producers. It is renowned for creating the Vermouth de Chambéry style, which earned France's only Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) for vermouth in 1932.
Dolin Blanc is the original white sweet vermouth, pioneered by Dolin in 1881. It features a silky, honeyed palate with prominent notes of elderflower, peach, and vanilla, all balanced by a clean Alpine botanical finish.
