Redolent Wine is collaboration between Jon Larson and Boyd Pearson, neighbors who started their dream, Redolent, in 2015. Jon Larson takes the lead on the winemaking and Boyd takes the lead on sales. Aiming to abstain from intervening in this process both in the fermentation and aging of the wines, they are always looking to capture the true nature of the grapes, the place, and the vintage.
Their Nebbiolo Rosé representas their ongoing collaboration with Waving Tree Vineyard continues, with dedicated blocks set aside for this rosé every year. This 2025 is bright, lively, and, as usual, dangerously easy to drink. Aromas of orange creamsicle, roses, and blood orange lead into grapefruit, citrus, tarragon, oregano, and a lightly sorbet-like, spritzy finish. Refreshing and energetic.
