Partners in life and wine, New Zealand winemaker Angela Osborn and her husband Jason Osborne moved from England (his home country) to the sunny land of Santa Barbara County. There, the two met local winemaker Manuel Cuevas. The three quickly became fast friends, bonding over their love of sunshine, astrology, and of course, wine. Inspired by their Kiwi/Cornish/Mexican-American roots, Land of Saints explores finding and expressing a sense of place.
Rhone-style blend of Grenache and Mourvedre with bright and crunchy red fruit, fresh peach, and chalky mineral tanginess. A great alternative to Provence rosés. The two varietals were harvested and vinified as one through a long, slow, cool primary fermentation to retain aromatics.
