Date Night is built around Grenache from Zabala Vineyard, a cool, windswept site in Monterey County known for producing fruit with freshness and aromatic lift. It is then blended with rosé-style Mourvèdre and Cinsault from Lodi, adding perfume, brightness, and savory detail. Minimal sulfur and restrained handling preserve the blend’s lively personality without sacrificing balance.
