A chance meeting between two wine professionals Xavier from France and Phillip from Michigan sparked the desire to create honest, sacred wines of their own. Union Sacré is an homage to Alsace, France and the odd ability to build unexpected bridges. Paso Robles, located on California’s Central Coast, has a warm, Mediterranean climate with wide daily temperature swings. The soil in Paso Robles is diverse, including limestone and clay, which adds structure and minerality to the wine.
Deep aromas of black cherry, cassis, and blackberry unfold with hints of violet, black pepper, and tobacco.
