Filipa Pato and William Wouters are a magical wife and husband collaboration. They focus on indigenous grapes only: in their hands, biodynamically-farmed Baga, Bical, Arinto, Cercial and Maria Gomes produce soulful wines from vineyards with ideal soils, microclimates and aspects for growing exquisite wine grapes.
Elegant fruit-driven nose with notes of strawberry, plum, licorice and hints of black pepper. Fruity and balanced on the palate with a velvety texture which leads to a fresh finish.
