Viña Echeverría is a family-owned and managed estate winery, and its vineyards and house occupy the same location as they did nearly 100 years ago. The 65 hectares of sustainably farmed vineyards in Chile’s Central Valley are planted, tended, and harvested by the Echeverría family.
This wine is fermented entirely in stainless steel to give it the purest expression of the fruit, and it has plenty of expression to give. It’s riper and more brooding than expected, with notes of seaweed, black currant, plum sauce, and charred bell peppers.
