Trentino-Alto Adige is a region in northern Italy bordering Switzerland and Austria. The wines produced here are heavily influenced by the mountainous alpine landscape. Alto Adige is also one of Italy’s smallest winegrowing regions. This Sylvaner tastes like orchard fruit and fresh mountain air. Wafts of honeyed florals, a touch of a mint leaf and candied lime, giving way to crushed green apples.
