This is a bottle for sharing from Elisabetta Foradori. This may come from Tuscany, but is certainly not a typical blend or style of 'Tuscan Wine.' From the youngest vineyards close to the sea, after pressing the juice was kept on its skins for 2-3 days and fermented and rested in concrete for six months. The nose opens with black flowers, strawberry, cherry, earth/tar and a bit of spice. The palate is light with good acid and a flavor set of tar, strawberry, cherry, mixed spices and a bit of clay minerality.
