The grapes are picked just as they reach ripeness to ensure the retention of acidity to balance the 6g/L of residual sugar. The name "Gessami" means Jasmine in English, which is perfect for this floral white. Gessami is made by Gramona, one of the most prestigious Cava producers in Spain.
