Haciendas Bio is located in the town of Villanueva de la Serena, in south-western Spain, near the Portuguese border. The vineyards are planted in slate rich soil at high altitudes and dry-farmed using certified organic methods and biodynamic principles.
This pet nat sees 12 months on the lees and shows delicate white peach and orchard fruits, slighty floral with minerality and small lively bubbles. Elegant and balanced.
