Carić Bogdanjuša
The Bogdanuša grape is an indigenous Dalmatian grape from the Adriatic island of Hvar. The name literally translates to "Godsend," which makes sense considering originally the wines of these grapes were drank only during religious festivals. This wine has, more recently, been call the "super cheese wine" as it pairs beautifully with many types of cheeses.
On the nose you'll find yellow plums, anise and quince. On the palate it's lush but dry with beautiful acidity.
