Wild fermented in stainless steel, Nero d’Avola is a native Sicilian variety that is perfect suited to the hot, dry climate of the Riverland. This year, with the hotter conditions and earlier pick date, they saw a more textural, crunchier style, whilst still exhibiting the aromatic, lush fruit forward characteristics. Dry rosé with notes of strawberry, and underripe watermelon. This wine goes down WAY too easy! Stock up for the warm Spring days ahead.
