This gorgeous Trebbiano is produced 100% organically and biodynamically by husband and wife team Francesco and Marchela Cirelli. The juice sees 24 hours of skin contact prior to fermentation, giving it a little extra weight and gravitas. It is then fermented with native yeast and aged for a year in clay amphora.
It has generous notes of crushed herbs, yellow fruit, spices, and honeycomb without any hint of sweetness.
