A sister-and-brother team took their life dream to reality in 1998 when they started this ‘domaine’. Their first vintage was in 2000 with a few reds and over the years, their production has come to include a few white wines, too. This Vermentino is among them. This organic wine is from vineyards located in the heart of Tuscany, rolling hills and beautiful countryside in tow, and is about 300 meters above the sea level with diverse sun orientation and soil composition.
Underneath the Earth’s surface, the Vermentino’s root thrive in the area’s myriad of different soil types. Just after pressing, the juice spends a night soaking on the grapeskins to extract both texture and layered aromas. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks for 5 months.
