Gilles Robin planted this vineyard in 1996 in Northern Rhone and vinifies this wine entirely in steel to preserve freshness in the wine. Notes of dark fruit, bramble, smoked meat, and olives dominate this ripe, rich, and pleasantly smooth red wine. It’s spicy and savory.
Great with food. This wine will truly express itself alongside a meal. Stewed meats, grilled meats and vegetables.
