100% White Zinfandel
Early harvested White Zinfandel is hand picked to make this vivid, dry rosé. Rose petals, raspberry and a "it just rained" scent on the nose. The palate is high in acid, low in alcohol, well-structured and thoroughly refreshing. Fermented in stainless steel, aged in 100% used French barrel for 7 months. This is a Provençal rosé in the way, but totally California. White Zinfandel has a bad reputation. Turley aims to change that.
