The “Day Trip” Strawberry Amaro has quickly become a staff favorite. This versatile amaro combines a deep earthy flavor that speaks to Matchbook's love of “good dirt” with ripe strawberry, and a subtle florality that just screams summer. One of our favorite ways to enjoy this strawberry treat is as an Americano. Just combine equal parts (about 1.5oz) of the “Day Trip” with your favorite red vermouth (we like the Bordiga Rosso for this drink) and top it off with soda water.
