This wine is a blend of 56% Gewurztraminer, 38% Pinot Gris, and 6% Pinot Blanc, left to macerate on the skins in cement for10-months. After pressing, the wine aged for an additional month in old French oak barrels. The result is a bright orange wine with flavors wide ranging all over the citrus spectrum, a pleasing kick of tannins, and satisfying spicy finish - and tastes of orange blossoms, rosewater, and bergamot.
