The Davanture family is on their fourth generation of ownership and winemaking on twenty-three hectares, over seven AOP's. All wine production comes from these areas, making them fully estate production. This Pinot Noir is grown on seventy year old vines and uses native yeast, large, used oak and concrete during fermentation.
Soft on the nose with hints of floral and red fruit, the palate is expressive with ripe cherry, black and red plums and a backbone of minerality.
