Cantina Furlani is a project established by Matteo Furlani located in the alpine city of Trento. The family never used any chemicals on their vines, but Matteo has since taken it a step further, with a background in agronomy, Matteo prioritizes a biodynamic approach and works exclusively with native grape varieties.
Crafted primarily from Marzemino grapes blended with a touch of white varieties, it features spontaneous whole-cluster fermentation, no sulfur additions, and is bottled unfined and unfiltered. It offers vibrant notes of sour cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate. High-tones, bright and juicy.
