Created in honor of Elena Maza, Nicolás Catena’s wife, for whom the family’s first ever non-alcoholic wine was developed. She was looking for something lighter than traditional wine yet enjoyable as an aperitif before dinner.
Made from the Airen varietal through a controlled fermentation creating the carbonation and signature flavors. Using a slow process, the alcohol is removed through a spinning centrifuge type cone, preserving the aromas, flavor and texture. A project headed by Laura Catena, she infused it with rose petals that shows up in the aroma and tertiary flavors of the wine. You'll also find raspberry and tangerine with a bone dry finish.
