Organic grapes grown on clay-limestone soils, this wine undergoes a traditional skin-contact maceration for seven to ten days, which extracts its characteristic golden hue, silky tannins, and phenolic structure. After aging for twelve months in stainless steel to preserve its purity, the alcohol is gently removed through a low-temperature process that maintains the wine's complex aromatic profile. The resulting beverage features notes of ripe peach, orange peel, and apricot, layered with floral hints of jasmine and rose, followed by a finish of soft herbs and spices.
