"Renaissance" celebrates the rebirth of the Pinot Meunier grape after decades of being underestimated. It's complex and mineral driven, showcasing the strength of Taillet's terroir. Taillet has almost 15 acres or organically farmed estate fruit and only a very small selection of 6 parcels is selected for this wine. It rests for 6 year on the lees in bottle and only 200 cases are produced each year.
This Champagne is infinitely elegant, dense and complex. It opens on the nose with delicate citrus then follows with notes of rich pastry and vanilla custard. On the palate it's beautifully fresh with a tender texture and yellow fruit. It finishes precisely, making it the perfect Champagne for pairing with meals.
