The 2023 Day Wines Isla Vermentino is a white wine from the Applegate Valley, Oregon. It features tropical and citrus notes like lemon oil, coconut, papaya, and a salty finish, along with macadamia nut undertones. The grapes are grown in the high-elevation Layne Vineyard and are fermented to achieve a racy yet plush texture, suitable for pairing with seafood.

 Founded by winemaker and owner Brianne Day in the 2012 vintage, Day Wines is a producer of boutique, artisanal bottlings made from fruit sourced exclusively from a small group of Oregon growers who utilize Biodynamic, Organic and/or Sustainable vineyard practices.
