Rouge à Siroter or "Red to Sip". We actually cant explain how beautiful this wine is! Berry fruit, hint of herbal notes and citrus peel. You immediately taste the purity in this wine. This chillable red is the creation of a husband and wife team Mireille and Pierre Mann, both children of Alsatian winemakers. R.A.S. is aged in concrete vats rather than oak to preserve it's fresh and fruity character. We had the pleasure of meeting Mireille and she told us that this wine "would be perfect with salmon or at 4 a.m. (just because)". Throw this bright and juicy, biodynamic red blend from the Languedoc region in the cooler and you're good to go!
