Redolent Wine is collaboration between Jon Larson and Boyd Pearson, neighbors who started their dream, Redolent, in 2015. Jon Larson takes the lead on the winemaking at Redolent, as he has been a fermenter for decades of everything from grapes to cheese and bread to kimchi. Boyd Pearson takes the lead on sales, as he is a veteran salesman in the wine industry and a lifelong student of wine and the business of wine. Aiming to abstain from intervening in this process both in the fermentation and aging of the wines, they are always looking to capture the true nature of the grapes, the place, and the vintage.
Reverb is a delightful creation born from the union of two barrels that didn’t quite find their place in our other blends, but played very well together. It’s a wine that captures the essence of a light, fun and quaffable real Pinot Noir. The 2022 Reverb has aromas of red cherries and strawberries and a hint of bramble. A burst of fruity goodness emerges on the palate, featuring the red berries, with the brightness of raspberry and cranberry. Light and easy-drinking, this Pinot Noir carries a fun and playful character for any occasion.
