Cantina Furlani is a project established by Matteo Furlani located in the alpine city of Trento. The family never used any chemicals on their vines, but Matteo has since taken it a step further, with a background in agronomy, Matteo prioritizes a biodynamic approach and works exclusively with native grape varieties.
10 days skin contact with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Frozen must added before re-fermentation in bottle during Spring. Minimal added sulfur (if needed) and no disgorgement.
