Troon Vineyard is a Demeter Biodynamic® Certified vineyard and winery in Oregon's Applegate Valley. Located in the Siskiyou Mountains their mountain-grown wines are very different from the Willamette Valley with a focus on southern French varieties. All of their wines are fermented only with native yeasts with no additives of any kind, no new oak is used with very low doses of SO2 used.
Troon's Ascendant Amber is an orange wine crafted from estate biodynamic grapes. This distinctive wine undergoes extended skin contact, developing its characteristic amber hue and complex flavor profile showing notes of ginger, fresh flower, mineral, grapefruit and tangerine rind.
