A blend of three vineyards from Mount Gambier, Coonawarra and Wrattonbully in the Limestone Coast of Australia, these Chardonnay vines grow in well draining soils, adding to their vibrance and minerality. A cold and wet climate, without a lot of temperature variation, this is no easy space to grow grapes so Pat is really doing it for the love of the game. And we're glad he is! Like biting into a ripe, juicy pear, there's notes of lime leaf, white sage with a clean finish.
