The vineyard is located in Masserano on a volcanic brown soil. Fermentation was in concrete with 38 days of maceration for the Nebbiolo grapes. This project between Cristiano Garella and Giacomo Colombera has become one of Alto Piemonte’s most well-known producers.
An expressive nose with red fruits like cherry and raspberry along with hints of flowers. There's also a subtle savoriness on the nose, reminiscent of seagrass (salty and rich). On the palate you'll find a medley of black and red berries with an herbaceous finish. Great acidity, a bit of stoniness and mid-level tannins.
