Sustainably grown at Brave Oak Vineyard in Paso Robles.
Nose is strawberry cream, tea leaves, summer herbs. The palate is ethereal lightness with sleek, high-toned textures with flavors of rainier cherry, cedar, cinnamon.
The Tooth & Nail House of Wine vineyard, winery, and tasting room reside in the Willow Creek District AVA of California’s Central Coast. Run by Rob Murray, who grew up on a family farm in the Central Valley and followed his destiny to California’s Central Coast, where he learned winegrowing from the ground up. We farm sustainably because we love the soil, water, and climate that provide everything we need. Each Tooth & Nail wine respects the cosmic power of these natural elements.
The Destinata line of wines specifically, take an additional step into natural winemaking with use of native yeasts, minimal intervention, no additives, and all unfined and unfiltered.

"This bottling moves the carbonic style into a more complex category. A light raspberry color in the glass, this wine begins with super fresh aromas of black raspberry sorbet and rose petals. The palate stays fresh and bright, picking up dark hibiscus, black plum and elderflower flavors. — Matt Kettmann"
