The most ancient variety of the Szekszárd region in Southern Hungary. Grapes are harvested partly from old vines giving depth and flavours as well as from younger vines for refreshment. It is very light, with gentle tannins.
From a brother-and-sister team, a very pale tomato red, light but pleasingly fruity, a little reminiscent of Pinot Noir. Csaba Sebestyen is a mechanic by trade who makes wine with sister Csilla in a renovated garage. One day while Csaba was fishing and drinking his father's homemade wine a French Sommelier and part time winemaker asked to try the wine. He explained to Csaba the nuances of wine. Csaba was fascinated and hooked, soon making his very own wine that very Autumn.
