This is the second release of Teeter-Totter’s California Cabernet Sauvignon, a celebration of the incredible quality of vineyards across Northern California’s world-famous growing regions. Sourced from some of the most coveted vineyards in the state, this wine brings the best of the vintage together in an approachable Cab you can’t help but love.
This super cool project is produced by Benoit Toquette who was born in Lyon, France
and began his winemaking skills at the University of Bordeaux. Benoit worked at
numerous French wineries in Bordeaux and years later his friend Michel Rolland
introduced him to Andy Erickson of Napa Valley. Benoit moved to Napa Valley
partnering with Andy Erickson and has made wines at over a dozen fantastic wineries,
most notably, Screaming Eagle, Ovid, Realm and Hartwell. You can bet his connections
allow him to have killer fruit and winemaking is not an issue!
