The name 'Telquel' is a riff on Teckel (Dachshund hound) spun to sound like "as is". The idea here to make a simple table wine that reflects the vintage. Predominantly Gamay grapes, but Pierre Olivier may add minority blending varieties for added complexity between any two vintages. Grown on clay and limestone soils, practicing organic, and vinified with minimal sulfite.
