Domaine Moulin Nouvel is located in Peyrac-Minervois, 30 minutes north of the medieval
city of Carcassonne. The topography makes it one of the cooler climate parts of the region,
with ideal conditions for slow, even ripening of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Guillaume Andre, third generation family, is farming 100% organically the family estate.
Inky purple with an attractive bouquet of toasty black currants. The wine has excellent depth with spicy black fruit flavors, balanced tannins, and a long finish.
