From its inception, Mano a Mano has invested strongly in their land. The vineyards span about 400 hectares across La Mancha. Their Manon is made from a unique clone of Tempranillo that has a particular capacity to adapt to dry conditions, which results in the production of more robust wines with intense colors and a strong taste. Made from vines that are about 40 years old and aged for 3 months in French and American oak barrels, the aim was to achieve freshness and maturity at the same time. The result is this unique wine that is incredibly easy to drink.
Intense aromas of strawberry and cherry with subtle spicy notes. It is a light and fresh wine on the palate, well balanced and with a pleasant fruity aftertaste. Manon is a perfect aperitif for any occasion. Pair with a charcuterie board, Brunswick stew, a basket of tater tots, or an evening on your front porch with your bestie.
