‘Pulpo,’ meaning ‘octopus’ in Spanish, reflects the beauty and oceanic heritage of “green Spain,” also known as iIas Baixas. This wine started its distribution in the restaurants of Spain, using hand harvested grapes from the vineyards of Val do Salnes in the Rias Baixas appellation.
A delicate wine with aromas of white flowers, hints of white peaches and apricots lead to a fresh, fruity palate and an enjoyable medium intensity and medium-long duration on the finish.
