The Athens Spritz
A fresh, Mediterranean-inspired spritz that lets the vermouth shine.
In a wine glass filled with ice, add 2 oz Otto’s Athens Vermouth and 2 oz Archer Roose Bubbly (or club soda for a lighter option). Top with a splash of tonic for lift. Gently stir and garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of fresh thyme or rosemary.

Delinquente Bizzarro Bitter Aperitivo

Fill a wine glass with ice and add 2 oz Delinquente Bizzarro, 3 oz sparkling wine, and a splash of soda water. Garnish with a thick orange slice and a green olive for a bittersweet, Mediterranean-inspired aperitif that feels effortlessly cool.
