Breaking Bread Pet-Nat is the natural wine project of Erik Miller, founder of Kokomo Winery (named after his hometown of Kokomo, Indiana!). Erik tends to focus on gorgeous Dry Creek Valley Zinfandels so it only makes sense that he would want to play around with the same varietal in an awesomely zippy and refreshing Pet-Nat! He tried a lot of different Pet-Nats and figured out the style he liked, then set to work on his own. The result? A plethora of passionfruit and Bing Cherry with the fine bubbles of Champagne and the quaffability of a Pet-Nat. He’s created a zero-zero (nothing added), well-balanced Zinfandel unlike anything you’ve seen. Come grab a bottle of the highlight of Breaking Bread wines!!
